As a counselor educator, presenting and teaching are second nature. I have years of experience in practice, leadership, and teaching. I spent many years working as a regional director in a local mental health agency. During that time, I opened a private practice and worked as an adjunct professor teaching counseling techniques and methods. I’ve developed and facilitated numerous trainings for mental health workers and therapists on varies topics, including crisis management, treatment, documentation, and more. I’ve been an invited speaker to multiple communities, law enforcement agencies, schools, and private businesses. I have presented at the local, state, and national levels.
